NSL ambassador Jane Caro talks about the problems of religious chaplains in public schools, and why the program needs to be cancelled — or alternatively, replaced with professionally trained social workers.  Liberal MPs are lobby to increase the National School Chaplaincy Program (NSCP) in this May Budget — when the current 4-year funding cycle comes to an end.  NSL is campaigning strongly on this important secular issue.
